The Map is a fixed price. The Ship sprint is priced on workflow count and agreed before it starts. Keep is a flat month. You own everything built — infrastructure, prompts, documentation — from day one, so there is no lock-in to price around.

Do we need technical people on staff?
No. The embedded operator does the building, and your team works beside them. Before the sprint ends, your people can run and extend the systems themselves.
What happens when models change or something breaks?
The Keep phase covers it: maintenance, model upgrades and new workflows as the tools and the business change, for a flat monthly fee.
Are we too small for this?
Runline is built for multi-team Australian businesses of roughly six to two hundred people. Smaller teams often see the sharpest return, because every saved hour compounds across fewer people.
How is this different from a workshop or an agency?
